Crazy Mushroom by Krishna Sengupta

Ingredients (with measurements): 

  1. Refined Oil ~ 1/2 Cup.

  2. Garlic ~ 8 Pieces.

  3. Onion ~ 1 No. Large.

  4. Green Chillies ~ 6 Nos.

  5. Mushroom ~ 100 gms

  6. Chicken Sausage ~ 100 gms

  7. Capsicum ~ Red ½, Green ½, Yellow ½

  8. Worcester Shire Sauce ~ 2 Table Spoon.

  9. Cheese ~ 400 gms.

10. Salt to taste.

Procedure:

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped green chilies. When light brown, add sliced mushrooms. When mushrooms turn slightly brown, add diced sausages. Stir till cooked smell comes. Add diced capsicum and tomatoes. Stir for 2 more minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt. Stir for 2 more minutes. Transfer to a platter.

Decoration:

Garnish with grated cheese. If you want to make it spicier, add one spoon crushed black pepper.

For 2 Persons.
