Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

Spaghetti – 500g

Minced meat – 450-500g

Olive oil – 2 Tbsp

Onion – 1

Garlic – 3-4 cloves

Tomato purée – 300g

Herbs (Thyme, Rosemary) – 1/2 tsp each

Cheese, grated

Method:

Boil Spaghetti al dente. Add a little olive oil to the spaghetti so that it doesn’t stick.

Boil the minced meat with a little salt. Keep aside.

Put olive oil in pan; saute the garlic and the onion. Add the minced meat, tomato puree and some salt.

Let it simmer for a while. Once it is slightly thickened and smells good, add the thyme and rosemary. 

Keep grated cheese ready in bowl.

Serve the meat sauce, spaghetti  separately along with the cheese.

You can mix them as per your liking. Add grated cheese on top and enjoy!
